User Pain Points
USER RESEARCH
Through user interviews and surveys, valuable insights into user pain points and experiences were gained. With this information, user personas and journey maps were created to better understand the needs and goals of the users. A competitive audit was conducted which included Kroger, Walmart and Publix to ensure that the designs are aggressive within the market.

User Journey Map
By understanding how users interact with Lemons Grocery store app, data-driven improvements to the UX design can be made. See how Mary might experience the Finding You Lemons app to make sure that her goals are met at every touchpoint on her journey.
High-Fidelity Prototype
Transforming the low-fidelity prototype was a key step in the design process. I'm thrilled to unveil my high-fidelity prototype, which has been meticulously crafted after user experience refinements. It encapsulates both aesthetic appeal and functional performance, paving the way for an improved interaction design.

Wireframes
The UX Design process started with a deep understanding of users' needs, motivations, and frustrations. My design process followed a structured approach, from creating paper and digital wireframes to low-fidelity prototypes prior to the first round of usability studies. In this UX design project, I aimed to simplify the shopping experience for users by creating customizable shopping lists. The design allows easy organization by aisle, making it intuitive for users to find what they need. Additionally, I integrated a navigable store map, making it effortless to shop in various stores with different layouts.
Usability Studies
My research, driven by detailed usability studies, revealed critical insights from participants regarding the shopping list creation process. Many users reported confusion and desired a simplified method. In response to this feedback, I designed a static button on the homepage, enabling a quick and intuitive way for users to create their shopping lists right from the start.

Moving Forward
The journey through this design project has been incredibly rewarding. I found great satisfaction in addressing user challenges and making a positive impact on their everyday lives. As I look to the future, my ambition is to introduce more innovative features in the app, including a predictive tool that gauges how busy grocery stores are, helping users plan their shopping trips better.
